Conversion of natural gas  

The technology is designed for processing of natural gas to commercial products: liquid engine fuels, alcohols, dimethyl ether, etc. Natural gas at high temperature is mixed with carbon dioxide and steam to form synthesis gas (mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen) - raw material for organic synthesis technologies (Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, oxo synthesis). The ratios of components at the inlet are selected to ensure the desired ratio of H2 / CO at the outlet. The technology features allow to vary this parameter in a wide range.

 

Main advantages:

  • Ability to create small-tonnage production;
  • Degree of natural gas conversion of above 98%;
  • Сonversion of reaction products to useful reaction products (selectivity) over 98%;
  • Compactness of the process equipment;
  • Absence of catalyst;
  • Possibility of obtaining the desired ratio of components of useful reaction products.
