KVO-JChim

The KVO-JChimcomplex is designed to clean the inside surfaces of the railway tankers from the water-soluble chemicals and chemical products in the resource-saving environmentally safe closed mode. The complex equipment is made from chemically resistant materials. The developed equipment also complies with the requirements for safe work with the chemically active and dangerous substances.

The KVO-JChim complex allows to rinse the inside surfaces of the tanker from aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, isopropyl benzene, etc.), acids, alkalis, liquid nitrogen fertilizer, alcohols, incl. methanol, with due regard to the safety measures and other products.

Due to the complexity of the process for separating water-soluble active substances from the washing solution, it is impractical to construct developed local treatment devices, since it leads to bigger capital costs. It is desirable to assemble such complex in close proximity to an object with water treatment facilities capable of accepting the substances, that has been washed from the tankers.
