KVO-JCnp

Offered by «CTG» complexes for internal cleaning of railway tankers from crude oil and various petroleum products are designed to prepare the internal surfaces of the tanker for repair or for filling in the resource-saving environmentally safe closed mode. Complexes KVO-JCnp can have various equipment and efficiency (6, 12, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 or more units per day), as well as the automation degree of technological processes. The advantages of the KVO-JCnp are small resource consumption (washing spray operating pressure is 8–12 kg/cm² at the cleaning solution temperature 45–55°C), low duration of treatment (approximately 20–30 minutes) and low consumption of cleaning solution (approximately 1.0–1.2 kg of self-cleaning solution «O-BISM» carry-over on one tanker), that depend on the amount and type of petroleum products remaining in the tanker, as well as on the volume of the tanker and the time of year. All the above makes the cleaning cost several times less than that with the traditional technologies.
