MDO

The problem of providing independence of rinse equipment operation arises more and more often, independence is necessary in case of absence of special types of energy sources or necessity to use rinse stations “in the open field”. Experts of «CTG» coped with the problem.

MDO are designed for providing rinse modules (RM) with energy sources (vapor, power, compressed air) and for managing technological process. MDO consume diesel fuel, normalized water and atmosphere air.

The module consists of:

- diesel-generator unit,

- steam-generator on diesel fuel,

- screw-type compressor,

- fuel and water storage container,

- rinse module control box,

- unit for storage and transportation of sealing plate, bottom unloading device and other accessory devices.

MDO are a part of independent rinse units for tank cars developed by «CTG», they allow to work “just in time” and “in the open field”. Moreover, equipping MDO with special devices (cars, tripods, local heaters, high-pressure pumps, exhausting hoses and so on) significantly broadens the range of opportunities of «CTG» independent rinse complex developed by «CTG» allowing them wash standard tanks, vessel tanks etc.

Another problem is the absence of required amenity space on the objects. In this case, there is the possibility of assembling the “service utility unit” on the roof of the “additional equipment module” that is designed to provide service staff of rinse complex with social conditions.

Complexes can be equipped with the second automobile or rail car with two 20-feet containers functioning as capacitive heat-insulated modules for keeping water and diesel fuel reserves and collection of oil residues and oil sludge taken out of tanks after handling besides MDO to make the complexes absolutely independent.
