KO-KVpp complex is intended for cleaning internal surfaces of boxcars from food products.
«CTG» developed technology for cleaning internal surfaces of boxcars has three stages. The first stage is to clean up the handled car. Removing residue is made by using industrial vacuum cleaner that is connected to a vacuum plant. Vacuum plant brings a mixture of air and product to the cyclone unit filters, where product recovery is made, which also falls into the collector. The second stage is to wash internal surfaces of cars with water. Final cleaning of hard-to-reach places is made by hand using high pressure apparatus. The third stage, if necessary, is to make disinfection of surfaces.
