KO-VHvrp complex is intended for cleaning internal surfaces of hopper type cars from water soluble products.
«CTG» developed technology for cleaning hopper type cars has several stages. The first stage is to clean up the handled car. Removing residue is made by using industrial vacuum cleaner that is connected to a vacuum plant. Vacuum plant brings a mixture of air and product to the cyclone unit filters, where product recovery is made, which also falls into the collector. The second stage is to wash cars internal surfaces with water. The third stage is drying of internal surfaces.

KO-VHvnp complex is intended for cleaning internal surfaces of hopper type cars from water insoluble products including fertilizers, apatite concentrates, etc.
«CTG» developed technology for cleaning hopper type cars has several stages. The first stage is to clean up the handled car. Removing residue is made by using pneumatic vibrators. Final removing of residue in made using industrial vacuum cleaner that is connected to a vacuum plant. The second stage is to process car surfaces with water detergent «O-BISM». Detergent cleaning system allows using it in a closed cycle, thus achieving resource saving and significant reducing of adverse environmental impact. The third stage is drying of internal surfaces.
