HOMOGENIZING MODULES

MG-01

MG -01 homogenizing modules are designed for homogenizing fuel, emulsions, mixes and/or oil residues.

MG -01 modules are capacitive devices assembled on the base of a 20-feet container, where there are two tanks with the volume of 10 m³ each with heating systems, vibro-cavitation disintegrator and condensate catcher. Moreover, the module is equipped by assembly covers, temperature detectors, valves, pumps and so on.

One of the tanks is filled with fuel, emulsions, mixes and/or oil residues. Using the vibro-cavitation disintegrator (VKI) that is a part of the module, these products are homogenized and pumped to the second tank. Final homogeneous structure of fuel, emulsions and/or mixes excludes residual clumps and water (lenticular) inclusions.

Depending on primary requirements, the homogenization module can be equipped with VKI devices with different capacity.

HOMOGENIZING MODULES

MG -02-10

MG -02-10 homogenizing modules are designed for collecting separated mixed oil residues (SMOR) with the following homogenization.

MG -02-10 modules are updated version of MG -01 modules.

MG -02-10 can be used in the open field and within a wide range of temperature from -20 to +40 ^оС, they have higher degree of module maintenance ergonomics compared with previous models.
