KO-PVvn complex is intended for cleaning internal and external surfaces of gondolas from water-insoluble products in resource-efficient and ecologically safe closed mode.

Processing of gondola bodies is carried out on the pass through railway, equipped by a washing cascade "Waterfall-1, cascades of rinsing and hot drying. All processing operations are performed while moving the car through an automated system of railcar moving and positioning (ASPPV). Gondola washing is made by the use of new generation technical detergents «O-BISM». Detergent cleaning system allows using it in a closed cycle, thus achieving resource saving and significant reducing of adverse environmental impact.
