Negotiations are underway to conclude a contract for the supply of a transportable complex of technological equipment for internal cleaning (washing, degassing and drying) of boilers of railway tank cars from under various oil cargoes with an average capacity of 20 units per day. The contract includes work on the development of technical requirements for the preparation of the facility for installation and supervision and commissioning. Supervision, commissioning of equipment and staff training is also carried out by CTG's specialists.
The equipment will be located in the North-Western Federal District.
We have started manufacturing components for the complex of technological equipment of the washing and recycling station for processing the internal surfaces of boilers of light oil tank cars with a capacity of 140 tank cars per day, as well as automated systems for moving and positioning freight cars, for one of our foreign partners.
The first stage of designing the reconstruction of one of the largest Russian washing and steaming stations (PPS) has been completed, implying its transition to the environmentally safe resource-saving washing and recycling technologies developed by CTG for preparing boilers of railway tank cars for filling and/or repair.
Cyclograms, proposals on the number of trestles and working places for handling tank cars, as well as initial data for further design.
A contract has been signed for the supply of components for the complex of technological equipment of the washing and recycling station, including automated systems for moving and positioning freight cars delivered in 2016 to one of our foreign partners.
During the period from 06.12.2021 to 10.12.2021, planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» for our partners to the cities of Saint Petersburg, Vladivostok, Perm and Saratov were carried out.
During the period from 29.11.2021 to 03.12.2021, planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» for our partners to the cities of Saint Petersburg and Volgograd were carried out.
