By results of last Technical and technological council «Application of «intelligent» systems of nondestructive control at the enterprises of the range of the road» the chief of Oktyabrskaya Railway is made the decision to recommend structural, to subsidiaries and branches of JSC «RZD» including repair shops to organize entrance acceptance of arriving cast products by means of the «intellectual» «SCS» and «ICH» complexes, to continue trial operation of the «intellectual» «SCS» and «ICH» complexes for the purpose of coverage of all range of the road, to create the working group on realization of the innovative CTG technologies on the Oktyabrskaya Railway range etc.

From 15.08. on 20.08.2012, the plan was implemented SMTP delivery "O-BIS," SMTP "O-BISM" for our partners in the city of Saratov, Izhevsk etc.

On a platform of JSC «NPF TsKBA» works on confirmation of reliability of the revealed defects of a cover of shutoff valves by the «SCS» complex are carried out. At diagnostics of a cover of shutoff valves by traditional way of determination of defects by the equipment of Ultrasonic control (UZK) high reliability of the revealed «SCS» complex internal and external defects is confirmed.

Within the approved technical requirements, «CTG» started to design a completely new portable mobile diagnostic complex «SCS-03». Design of the complex is transported with the connected sensor and drummer in order to ensure the minimum time to bring in the active State in the workplace.
