CTG constantly improves the quality of the delivered products and within the framework of the next modernization:

• a new generation of universal covers, more convenient to use, has been developed (the upgraded cover is called KT-14-M7);
• the labor intensity of lifting the lid of the process KT-BB from the boiler neck of the railway tank car, which is involved
  in the technological process of removing high-viscosity dark oil products before the washing operation, is reduced;
• the possibility of engagement of the cover of the technological flushing KTPV-01 for such elements of the boiler
  of the railway tank car as folding covers, bolts, their axles, hinges, etc., when lifting it is excluded.

For the period from 19.04.2021 to 23.04.2021 planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» have been carried out to our partners from Saint-Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Troitsk and Kaliningrad.

One of the interested parties made an offer for compact transportable complexes of technological equipment for processing (cleaning, washing) the internal surfaces of ship tanks in berthing and raid design, as well as stationary tanks of significant and insignificant volumes.

The pilot operation of the first and only multifunctional complex of technological equipment in Russia for processing the internal surfaces of boilers of railway tank cars from under dark, including high-viscosity (bitumen, tar) and light oil products, as well as various chemical cargoes, has been successfully completed at the enterprise of one of our partners.

For the period from 12.04.2021 to 16.04.2021 planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» have been carried out to our partners from Surgut and Saint-Petersburg.

For the period from 05.04.2021 to 09.04.2021 planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» have been carried out to our partners from Samara and Saint-Petersburg.

In the interests of one of the largest car repair companies, a technology has been developed and proposals have been made for cleaning the parts of the axle boxes of the running gear of freight rolling stock of railway transport from under the particularly complex "Buxol" lubricant.

For the period from 29.03.2021 to 02.04.2021 planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» have been carried out to our partners from Tomsk and Saint-Petersburg.

An offer was made to one of the interested parties for a transportable complex of technological equipment for processing (washing, steaming, rinsing, drying) the compartments of tankers from under vegetable oils.

Supervision and commissioning of a complex of technological equipment for internal processing (washing, rinsing, degassing and drying) of boilers of railway tank cars with an average capacity of 25 units per day from under oil cargo and 10 units per day from under coking resins is nearing completion.
