One of the priority tasks that CTG sets for itself is the continuous improvement of product quality and ensuring the safety of its operation.

This year we have updated the certificate of compliance of the technological equipment complexes developed by CTG with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU) 012/2011 "On the safety of equipment for work in explosive environments".

Compliance of the equipment with the above-mentioned TR CU 012/2011, as well as 003/2011 "On the safety of railway transport infrastructure" and 010/2011 "On the safety of machinery and equipment", is an absolute competitive advantage. This approach guarantees our customers the safety of the complexes in any operating conditions.

Commissioning works in the "cold" mode of the previously delivered compact transportable complex of technological equipment for internal processing (washing) of boilers of railway tank cars from under dark and light and petroleum products in the North-Western region of the Russian Federation have been completed.

CTG products, including compact transportable complexes of technological equipment for cleaning (heating and removal of residues) boilers of railway tank cars from particularly complex high-viscosity petroleum products, are included in the catalog of industrial products manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation (catalog of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation).

During the period from 15.08.2022 to 19.08.2022, planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» and the atmospheric corrosion inhibitor "N-M-1" were carried out for our partners in the cities: Samara and St. Petersburg.

A contract has been signed for the manufacture and supply of a complex of technological equipment for the preparation of boilers of railway tank cars from stable gas condensates (including resin-paraffin deposits) and other high-viscosity heavy hydrocarbons for filling.

During the period from 08.08.2022 to 12.08.2022, planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» and the atmospheric corrosion inhibitor "N-M-1" were carried out for our partners in the cities: Ishim and St. Petersburg.

CTG products, including car wash complexes of technological equipment for external washing of passenger cars of long-distance trains and suburban electric trains, are included in the catalog of industrial products manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation (catalog of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation).

The shipment of components and assemblies for the car wash complex of passenger cars of one of our Partners was made within the framework of the previously concluded contract.

During the period from 01.08.2022 to 05.08.2022, planned deliveries of detergent «O-BIS» and detergent «O-BISM» and the atmospheric corrosion inhibitor "N-M-1" were carried out for our partners in the cities: Saratov, Perm and St. Petersburg.

The shipment of a compact transportable complex of technological equipment for internal processing (washing) of boilers of railway tank cars and tank trucks from under oil cargo for its placement in the Urals was carried out.
